PICKERINGTON, Ohio — AMA Charter Life Member Terry Hanser made the trip from Tampa, Fla., to the AMA’s Pickerington, Ohio, campus to pick up the beautiful 1966 Harley-Davidson FLH he won in the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame raffle.
AMA President and CEO Rob Dingman presented the bike to Hanser today, Aug. 9.

Hanser, 63, has been an AMA member for 31 years. His name was drawn during AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, featuring Riders of Kawasaki, in July.
Dingman said that Hanser's winning ticket was a preprinted one. That means Hanser had entered previous raffles and responded favorably when the AMA contacted him to enter again.
Each year, the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame raffles off one or more historically significant motorcycles to raise money for the charity. All proceeds from the raffle go to support the 501(c)(3). You can receive one ticket for a $5 donation or five tickets for a $20 donation. You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to win.
The current AMA Hall of Fame Raffle Bike is a 2017 Ural Gear-Up “Adventure Together” Edition. For more information, visit www.americanmotorcyclist.com/hof/Raffle-Bike/hall-of-fame-raffle-bikes.
