Results Reporting
Depending on the nature of your event (specifically, depending on whether it’s competitive event or a recreational event) and what happens at that event, there are a variety of post-event reports that you may or may not be required to complete and file with the AMA in the days or weeks following the conclusion of your event.
The following is a list of these reports, separated into competition and recreational categories:
Post Event Reports
Competition Events Reports:
- Competition Referee Report – A required document for submission post-event
- Competition Injury Report – A required document when an injury at an event occurs
- Competition Protest Form – Logging of protests as outlined by the AMA Racing Rules
Recreational Event Reports:
- Recreational Post-Event Report – A required document for submission post-event
- Recreational Riding Injury Report – A required document when an injury at an event occurs
- Participant List for Recreation Events – For recreational organizers to log participants
Results
Organizers of events must submit their results electronically to their respective emails listed below. Any questions regarding submissions should also be sent to the same email address.
