On June 7, the U.S. House of Representatives Natural Resources Committee marked-up several pieces ofpublic lands-related legislation, including H.R. 4094, the "Preserving Access to Cape Hatteras National Seashore Recreational Area Act." This bill authorizes pedestrian and motor vehicle recreation within the recreation area.
