    It's race time. Almost. In a little over a month the MotoAmerica AMA/FIM North American Road Racing Series will officially begin at the Circuit of the Americas in Texas. The stars of the series will take to the COTA track for the first time on Thursday, April 9 as the championship season kicks off with the MotoAmerica classes serving as the support races for the Red Bull Grand Prix of the Americas in Austin.

    The 2015 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship, is set to embark on its 41st annual season this weekend, March 7 and 8, alongside Daytona's "Bike Week" festivities in Florida. The Moose Racing Wild Boar GNCC in Palatka serves as the season opener for the 13-round championship series, where ATVs race throughout the day on Saturday and motorcycles line up for a full day of racing on Sunday through some of the most intense, grueling obstacles in off-road.

    After a disappointing finish at the opening round of the series one month ago, Andrew DeLong came out with guns blazing at round two of the 2015 Kenda AMA National Enduro Series – the Sandlapper National Enduro – in Pelion, South Carolina, this weekend, taking an impressive win over a stacked field of pros in a rain-soaked race, justifying the number one plate he claimed last year when he won the 2014 national title.

    While the battle at the top of the championship standings in AMSOIL Arenacross, featuring Ricky Carmichael's Road to Supercross, is heating up, so is the fight to earn a position inside the top 10 of the Arenacross Class standings as the Race to the Championship nears. Currently, Husqvarna TiLUBE TUF Racing's Gavin Faith, an overall winner this season, holds on to possession of the 10th and final spot in the points with five nights of racing remaining until the points reset, but just 14 points separate he and Babbitt's Online Suzuki's Cory Green, in 11th.
