  • CyclePump Adventure Combo

    May 01, 2013

Over Utah’s winter months, cold days and nights in the garage did not do any favors for the air pressure in my motorcycle’s tires. My tires were underinflated by a dismal 20 PSI when I checked. Thankfully, with the sun out of hiding, 45-degree early spring temperatures and dry roads, I had the perfect opportunity to test out the CyclePump Adventure Combo Package.

DoubleTake Mirrors are designed to offer you all the rearview vision you need while tucking safely out of the way when the trail gets rough. Plus, they’re built incredibly tough so if you do go down or whack a branch, the mirror will likely survive in fine fashion.

  • Interphone F5

    May 01, 2013

The Interphone F5 performs rider-to-passenger, rider-to-rider and multi-user conference wireless communications. It uses Bluetooth 3.0 technology. The system can allow up to six riders to tie in voice communications with up to 0.80 miles between each rider (under perfect conditions). Although technically the number of users isn't limited, due to time lag and the inability to manage several communicators, a maximum of six users is recommended.

  • VP Race Fuel

    May 01, 2013

In roadracing, we strive to find a competitive edge over our rivals, whether it is in braking, horsepower, more-effective gearing or suspension. Something you don’t want to leave out of this equation is fuel. Arguably, the best and easiest way to get the most out of your engine, whether it is stock or fully race tuned, is to run the proper fuel. One company built around that concept is VP Racing Fuels, which formulates and sells race fuel in a number of blends.

  • Fly Rumble Gloves

    April 01, 2013

Fly’s Rumble Gloves are a solid choice if you’re looking for quality hand protection. One of the first things you’ll notice is the leather on these gloves is some of the softest and most supple you will ever find. They conform to your hands with no break-in period required. A padded palm helps to quell any vibrations in the handlebars, and switches on the motorcycle are easy to use.

  • HJC RPHA Max Modular Helmet

    February 01, 2013

I tested the metallic silver HJC RPHA Max modular helmet, which really pops in the sun, and was very pleased. Operationally, the helmet worked great. The internal sun shield opens and closes easily even with thick gloves via a large sliding lever. The shield lifting mechanism opens from the center. The chin bar latch is also in the center, and it’s slick and easy.
