Ride for Kids traveled west this weekend to host its ninth annual event in Las Vegas. At press time, the Sept. 29 ride had raised $63,186 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation.

More than 375 participants at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway honored nine young brain tumor survivors, the Stars of the ride.

“It’s great seeing all of you coming here for us, donating both your time and money for all of us kids up here,” said Bradley.

Making life better for young people like Bradley is the reason motorcyclists across the country ride for the PBTF, which funds medical research and family support programs to help eliminate the challenges of childhood brain tumors.

The event is still collecting donations online at www.rideforkids.org. Fundraisers will receive incentive credit through Oct. 29
