Honda unveils 2014 ATVs

American Honda Motor Company has unveiled its new generation of the FourTrax Rancher and FourTrax Foreman lines of ATVs for the 2014 model year.
Excitement continues to build as American Honda introduces more new 2014 models for off-road enthusiasts. This ongoing infusion of innovative engineering highlights the commitment Honda is making to consumers, as more new models bring ever-higher capabilities across the board.
American Honda Powersports Press Manager Bill Savino said the Rancher and Foreman ATVs have "completely new frames, suspension, styling and elevated levels of performance.”
FourTrax Rancher Series: For 2014, Honda's liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, 420cc FourTrax Rancher models boast an all-new chassis with a redesigned frame featuring new, longer-travel suspension for enhanced rider comfort plus outstanding performance over rugged terrain. The new chassis is wrapped in all-new bodywork with distinctively aggressive styling. There are multiple choices in the FourTrax Rancher:
- • The 4WD FourTrax Rancher 4x4 ES featuring Honda's Electric Shift Program that makes gear shifts as easy as pushing a button.
- • The 4WD FourTrax Rancher Automatic DCT features Honda's Dual Clutch Transmission, and a five-speed, fully automatic transmission that also gives the rider the option of ESP mode.
- • The FourTrax Rancher 4x4 offers riders 4WD with a traditional manual-shift gearbox.
- • The two-wheel-drive FourTrax Rancher available with manual or electric shift.

FourTrax Foreman Series (pictured above):The next generation of FourTrax Foremans arrives for 2014 with an all-new chassis, suspension, locking front differential, styling and more.
The FourTrax Foreman 4x4 ES boasts Honda's Electric Shift Program that delivers push-button convenience for shifting, while the manual-shift FourTrax Foreman 4x4 features a conventional gearbox. Both models can be had with Electric Power Steering as well.

TRX450R (pictured below): The TRX450R has a long record of victories in the grueling deserts of Baja and a wide range of other ATV competitions. With its compact, lightweight, high-performance, liquid-cooled, 450cc four-stroke Unicam engine, the TRX450R offers impressive power.
Fully adjustable long-travel suspension front and rear get that power to the ground. At the same time, the TRX450R's race-proven durability makes it a great match for recreational riders as well as racers.

Its 397cc Radial Four-Valve Combustion Chamber powerplant offers a combination of high-performance and rugged durability. TRX250X:The midsized TRX250X boasts a distinctly sporty look with aggressive, race-inspired styling. Yet thanks to its torquey and rugged powerplant, Honda's easy-to-use SportClutch and other great features, this versatile machine remains a favorite among older beginner riders as well as longtime riders. TRX90X: The TRX90X serves as the ideal starting point for introducing new riders to the world of ATVs. At the same time, the TRX90X carries the same styling cues that place it right alongside its larger sport siblings, and it also offers smooth power delivery and reliability. The TRX90X features beginner-friendly electric starting, an automatic clutch and a refined suspension system. Color: Red; Price: To be announced.
