Member Services Representative Part-Time

We are looking for enthusiastic, customer service oriented Member Services representatives.

Location: Pickerington, Ohio
Employee Type: Part Time (two positions open)
Job Type: Member Services Representative
Experience: 6 months in-bound, outbound call center

Description:

If you have call center experience and a willingness to help others, you may be the ideal candidate for this position. The American Motorcyclist Association is seeking part-time customer service/call center representatives for a high profile membership organization in Pickerington, Ohio.

Hours are:

5-8 M-Th every other week
5-8 M-W, Saturday 10-2 every other week

Job Description:

  • Answer in-bound member calls
  • Make outbound calls to expired and active members to promote member benefits and renew membership.
  • Handle inbound member services inquiries quickly and effectively, demonstrating knowledge and passion in the AMA mission
  • Complete data entry and other manual processes associated with in-bound and out-bound calls.

Interest in motorcycling a plus
