  • Motorcyclists Ride for Kids with brain tumors in Alabama, California

    Ride for Kids motorcyclists in Alabama and California raised more than $118,000 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation on Sept. 21. More than 500 riders attended the events in Leeds, Ala., and Cardiff, Calif., to honor our Stars, local children with brain tumors: Alyssa, Bayleigh, David, Karissa, Matt, Mica, Michelle, Molly, Steven, Travis and Zachary.

  • Janniro Perfect in Speedway Grand Final at Fast Fridays Motorcycle Speedway

    It was pretty clear last May that Billy Janniro would be standing on the winner’s podium in September holding the number one plate as winner of his fifth AMA USA National Speedway Championship. With four national championships under his belt and riding at the top of his career, Janniro is almost impossible to beat on any track. At Fast Fridays Motorcycle Speedway at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn, Calif., Janniro was perfect at the Grand Final, finishing the evening with 21 points. Janniro won every race he was in, winning a well-deserved and nearly uncontested fifth championship.

  • Kailub Russell Clinches National Championship With 5th Straight Victory at Car-Mate Mountain Ridge GNCC

    Round 11 of the 2014 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship, took place in Somerset, Pennsylvania on Sunday with the Car-Mate Mountain Ridge GNCC. Factory FMF/KTM's Kailub Russell clinched the 2014 National Championship two rounds early after claiming his 5th straight victory of the season on Sunday. Russell's KTM-backed teammate, Grant Baylor, had a stellar day as well, capturing his fourth consecutive win in the class and taking home second overall for the day.

  • Fowler Closes Points Gap to Within Five After a Big Victory at the Mountain Ridge GNCC

    The Car-Mate Mountain Ridge GNCC made for an exciting day of racing at the 11th round of the 2014 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Maxxis, an AMA National Championship. N-Fab AmPro Yamaha's Walker Fowler captured his fourth overall victory in the last five rounds, bringing himself within five points of Chris Borich's National Championship lead with only two rounds remaining in 2014. In the XC2 Pro Am class, SICC Racing/Maxxis-backed Marshal Goings made his return to the center of the podium, gaining valuable championship points on leader Cole Richardson with only a five-point separation in the standings.

    The GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship is headed to Denver on Saturday, October 4th. If you have always wanted to learn how to tackle the tough obstacles of EnduroCross, this is your chance! Destry Abbott,the 5 time Hare & Hound champion and top EnduroCross racer, and several guest pro instructors will conduct a one-hour on track session on the Friday evening prior to the race at the National Western Events Center.

  • GNCC Series Returns to Somerset, Pennsylvania's Mountain Ridge Trail Riding Park For First Time Since 2011

    With only three rounds remaining in the 2014 AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series presented by Maxxis, a mere six hours of racing and 19 points separate two of the sport's biggest riders as they battle for the coveted 2014 ATV AMA National Championship. For points leader and XC1 Pro class veteran Chris Borich, holding onto the lead would mean a sixth consecutive GNCC title, but for current runner-up Walker Fowler, a first-ever Overall National Championship would serve as a career milestone for the 22-year-old rider.

  • Harley-Davidson demo rides to be featured at American International Motorcycle Expo

    The American International Motorcycle Expo (AIMExpo) announced today that the Harley-Davidson Demo Fleet will be featured at the 2014 event, offering test rides of the legendary company’s 2015 models. Additionally, Orlando Harley-Davidson becomes the newest exhibitor to join AIMExpo, which will host nearly 500 powersports companies from around the world October 16-19 at Orlando’s Orange County Convention Center (OCCC).
