May 17, 2013
It's not all about racing... every now and then it's time to just enjoy the ride with your buddies, and there's no better place to do that on some of the most aggressively fun trails in the country than with the AMA Husqvarna National Dual-Sport Trail Riding Series! No pressure, no tight schedule and no checkered flag - come join us and RiDE MORE!
This weekend, the series officially goes into full swing with the Hanging Rock 200 in Zaleski, Ohio. Join the Buckeye Dual Sporters at the 17th annual Midwest event on Saturday, May 18-19. Following in June are no less than seven different events throughout the country, each featuring up to 100 miles or more of challenging trail connected by scenic backcountry roads. Rides span two days or more, with one-day participation always an option.
Ride at race pace, or take your sweet time. Courses are well marked by AMA-chartered clubs and promoters, and detailed on provided route sheets. Challenge yourself on national-caliber terrain, or take the leisurely route. Bring your buddies or make new ones. Just like your options from the saddle of a dual-sport bike, the choice is all yours and the possibilities are endless!
"Husqvarna is excited to spend another season in the saddle with the AMA Dual-Sport series," said Husqvarna's Corey Eastman. "It continues to be the perfect showcase for Husqvarna's line of TE dual-sport motorcycles and we love that Husky owners have the opportunity to take part in these non-competitive organized rides."
The 2013 AMA Husqvarna National Dual-Sport Series features 25 different events in 15 different states. Join us on the Husqvarna Dual-Sport Facebook fan page for up-to-date info on the series and photos from the rides.
