LAKEPORT, Calif. — Due to predicted inclement weather, the Sawmill ISDE Qualifier event scheduled for April 7-8 has been postponed to May 12-13. The decision was made to prevent severe damage to the Cow Mountain OHV Area's trails system.
The event is organized by the North Bay Motorcycle Club in cooperation with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. For more information, contact the North Bay Motorcycle Club at email@example.com.
The North Bay Motorcycle Club issued the following statement:
"It is with great disappointment that we must announce the 2018 Sawmill ISDE Qualifier will be postponed until the weekend of May 12-13. This is a joint decision made between the BLM, North Bay Motorcycle Club and the sanctioning bodies. Due to the incoming inclement weather we have some genuine safety concerns about the riding area, not just for participants but also for course workers and volunteers.
"The good news is we have that much more time to make this an even better event! Pre-entries will be re-opening so all your buddies who procrastinated can now signup and come out for a great race weekend in May."
