LEXINGTON, Ohio — Kawasaki devotees and other fans of fast bikes are flocking to the Kawasaki tent this weekend at AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, featuring Riders of Kawasaki.
On display is a collection of historic Kawasaki motorcycles.

But the real treat is the presence of event co-Grand Marshals Tony Nicosia, Steve Johnson, Gary Semics and AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Jeff Fredette.
The Grand Marshals — legendary racers and tuners who helped forge Kawasaki's reputation for performance in American motorcycle racing — are signing autographs throughout the weekend. And they are sharing their insights into both the development of Kawasaki production models and what it took to win on the track.
Randy Stock of Syracuse, N.Y., dropped by the tent on Saturday to grab a poster signed by Steve Johnson and reminisce about the famous racers from the past.
Steve Johnson chats with Randy Stock.
"I've been coming to this event since 2006 and haven't missed a year," Stock said. "All I think about is motorcycles. That's all I've ever thought about. And to get a chance to meet and talk to people like Steve Johnson is amazing. He worked with all the riders I followed."
AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, featuring Riders of Kawasaki continues Sunday at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. To find out about the Grand Marshal appearances and other events, visit www.amavintagemotorcycledays.com.
