AMA Club 1924
Connecting with riders at America's biggest motorcycling events
Thanks to all who supported AMA Club 1924 in past years. To learn more about the AMA’s current road riding initiatives, please see the recreational riding section of this website.
Each year, hundreds of thousands of riders flock to America's biggest motorcycling events -- events like Sturgis, Americade, Laconia, Daytona Bike Week and more. The AMA wants to see you there.
AMA Club 1924 is our presence at these iconic events. Here, we'll celebrate the fun of motorcycling, connect with riders and look back on the history of motorcycling in America. Visitors to AMA Club 1924 also will have a chance to win some great prizes from AMA member benefit partners.
One lucky winner will ride away on a 2016 Zero DSR electric motorcycle just for entering the 2016 AMA Club 1924 Motorcycle Sweepstakes at one of the nation's major motorcycle rallies.
The Zero DSR is an amped-up version of the Zero DS, delivering 56 percent more torque and 25 percent more power. A 660-amp controller is paired with a Z-Force® motor with higher temperature magnets to ensure better performance during extended durations at higher speeds.
The Zero DSR boasts 106 ft-lb of torque on demand and a 0-60 mph time of 3.9 seconds. Its custom-tuned Showa suspension and Bosch ABS make it equally at home on pavement or dirt.
RoadRUNNER magazine, which offers AMA members an exclusive subscription discount on its touring magazine, has created motorcycle travel maps that will be distributed for free at the rallies on the AMA Club 1924 calendar.
The maps, created by RoadRUNNER's RoadMAPS subsidiary, feature the best roads in the rallies' state. The maps are large, water-resistant and tear-proof. They include six self-guided routes, each with information on local history, nearby points of interest and lunch stop suggestions.
The RoadMAPS to be distributed at the AMA Club 1924 location are sponsored by Ohio's Windy 9, Bridgestone Motorcycle Tires, Rally Time Trailers, Blue Rim Tours and Americade.
