The 2019 AMA Championship Banquet, which honors the national champions in all disciplines sanctioned by the AMA, will be Dec. 7 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio.

The event is part of the 2019 AMA Legends & Champions Weekend, Dec. 6-7.

During the AMA Championship Banquet, class champions will receive medals and No. 1 plates, whilesecond– and third-place finishers also will receive awards.

Winners of special annual awards, such as the AMA Grand Championship Athlete of the Year and the AMA National Championship Athlete of the Year awards, will be announced, as well.

The AMA also will recognize top clubs and promoters in the competition and recreational riding categories.

The AMA Legends & Champions Weekend also includes the 2019 AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Dec. 6 at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio.

The formal installation of the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame Class of 2019 exhibit will be Dec. 7 at the AMA Motorcycle Hall of Fame in Pickerington, Ohio.

In addition, AMA Racing and Recreational Riding Commissions will meet to discuss rules governing amateur racing at the annual AMA Congress, also at the Hilton Columbus Downtown in Columbus, Ohio.
